The Sassies will be back on January 4th with more of Utah’s tempting treats and fabulous finds. Until then enjoy reading these handpicked reviews from scoops past. Happy holidays!

Emily: I absolutely LOVED the Thai Therapy Yoga. It was like getting all the benefits of yoga while someone else did all the work!
Marie: I love the explanation of yoga at the beginning. Really understanding the importance of breathing. I also loved the eye mask for the end relaxation part!
