Preview: Transformation Training with Laura Butters

I am ecstatic to tell you about Transformation Training with Laura Butters because she is MY personal trainer.  I spend four days a week with her. I couldn’t wait for the other Sassies to meet her, hear about her story, and listen to her talk about healthy living, which is her passion. She gets so excited talking about nutrition, weight lifting, cardio and teaching people how to take good care of themselves.

Through exercise and proper nutrition, she lost 162 lbs and became passionate about exercise, nutrition and healthy living. She was so passionate that she went to school and became an NSCA Certified Personal Trainer. Laura now has clients all around the state of Utah and followers from all around the country reading her blog. Her story is amazing and written out right here for you to read.  Be careful- it might get your teary eyed, so grab a tissue!

Laura is uniquely positioned over other personal trainers because, on a personal level, she understands the challenges that face you when trying to lose weight. From self-esteem and motivation level to exercise and eating habits, she has helped me personally overcome these challenges to achieve the transformation I (and you) want.

Laura started her training company, Transformation Training, and offers personal training services, buddy training services, boot camp and a TRX Class.  All of the details are listed here.

Laura updates her website/blog three times a week with different exercises, healthy recipes and tips on nutrition. You can also Fan her on Facebook to read quick tips to help you throughout your week.  She is also on Twitter.

Visit SassyScoops.com on Wednesday for our review on what we learned from Laura Butters, owner of Transformation Training. Will we admit to our bad habits, pick up some better ones, learn more about WHY we should do certain things, or cut out other things? You’ll have to check back!
