What was your first impression?

THE SCOOP

Allison: Loved the inside. Like a really amazing vintage kitchen.
Emily: A little out of the way but once you find it and walk through the door you immediately start drooling over the treats and the décor.
Marie: When I walked in, it was so fun and playful.
Jyl: Way cute decorations and fun aprons hanging on the wall!
Quinn: ADORABLE atmosphere!  I loved the decor & how homey everything felt.  The gorgeous couches & chairs were very enticing to made me want to sit there & enjoy treats & good convo for a long time.
Vanessa: Now these cupcakes look GOOD, you know what good cupcakes look like, FRESH frosting, moist cake, oh my the cases full of cupcakes are just beautiful.

What did you like the most?

Allison: Cake bites. They taste like inside-out Oreos with frosting on top. Mmmmmmm
Emily: The orange cream cupcakes followed by their famous VaNIElla cupcakes followed by their cake bites.
Marie: Cake Bites! That’s all I have to say!
Jyl: The key lime cupcakes. Mmmmmmmmm! Also, the owner is generous & nice!
Quinn: Hands-down: the Cake Bites.  I still crave them… daily.
Vanessa: Alright listen when I get a cake bite there or a cupcake or a brownie or any other pastry it is the best, above and beyond anywhere else in Utah. By far.

What didn’t you like?

THE SCOOP:

Allison: You can’t tell from the outside how cool it is inside; I almost missed it.
Emily: The location—it’s too far from Sandy and the strip mall in which it’s located doesn’t do it justice.
Marie: There’s not enough cake bites that come for the price. I’d like to have a few more in the package. And I wish there was a closer location to SLC.
Jyl: I wish it were closer to my house. I’d love to see a franchise in SL County.
Quinn: Not a huge fan of the key lime cupcake.  I’m usually someone who loves lime, but it just didn’t do it for me.
Vanessa: Well I would say that there isn’t one closer to me but a little birdie (I said BIRDIE Megan, BIRDIE) told me there might be an announcement…..

Would you visit again?

Allison: Already have. Did and done.
Emily: I’ve already been and picked up a dozen cupcakes plus goodies while I was there!
Marie: Yes, many many times.
Jyl: I’ve been back at least 3 times and it is a 45-minute drive for me :).
Quinn: Absolutely!  I’m always recommending it, too.
Vanessa: Listen, the place is 45 minutes away from me and we go down twice a month, that should be telling you something. And my HUSBAND makes the drive too, that should tell you something even more.
