After living in Utah for most of the past 10 years I’ve attended my fair share of wedding receptions and catered events. The food is usually sub-par, the presentation equally lackluster, and you KNOW how wedding season can be around here… It’s always a gamble for the guests who never know if they should stop for a burger first because the wedding party is only serving cake and nuts. Lame.
Enter Rockwell Catering and Events.
Rockwell Catering is the delicious brainchild of Ethan Ingram, a Southern California transplant with a wealth of catering and service experience thanks to growing up in the family business. Ethan has also trained under Executive Chef Michael Reyes in Los Angeles, CA and has personally catered to an impressive list of clientele who are now repeat customers.
Rockwell is on a mission to incorporate as many local and fresh ingredients into their menu as possible in order to provide their guests with the absolute best flavor, unique selection, and presentation that will truly impress. The Sassies were lucky enough to give Rockwell a tasting. Those shrimp tacos look heavenly. I wouldn’t know, as I had to work. Sob.
They WERE way yummy, Kristina! Bummed you missed them. The chicken sandwiches in the picture above were AMAZING, too! Wishing I had Rockwell Catering food for lunch rather than the leftovers I’m trying to get excited about. :(
