After an eventful morning at the Utah Museum of Natural History, we were delighted to see scrumptious looking food catered by Red Butte Cafe waiting for us.  Red Butte Cafe had provided us with a variety of different sandwiches, and even made smaller sandwiches for the little ones.  We were also able to try their Greek pasta salad.  The salad was a little intimidating in appearance…piled high on a huge platter with noodles, meat, olives, feta cheese, red peppers, and I am sure that I am missing something!  It was like nothing I had ever seen or tasted.  Lots of different textures, which makes for an interesting salad.

Red Butte Cafe is located in Foothill Village in the east part of Salt Lake City.  They are known for their casual, fun ambiance where they not only offer catering, but brunch, lunch, and dinner.  Their lunch entrees change every two weeks, and they have a soup that changes every day.  The catering is extremely affordable, and the platters of sandwiches are priced by sandwich.
